WORKSHOP OUTLINE

• Ever wondered how Scrum and TFS fit together? 
• Have you used Microsoft's new Scrum process template? 

This workshop will go through all of the Scrum artefacts and roles and show how to get the most out of Scrum and TFS.  First we will create a Product Backlog that shows our product requirements.  Next using both TFS and some third party products we will take the product through a whole sprint including setting up the sprints, definition of done and working on and completing tasks and stories.

Using the reporting features in TFS we will track progress and define some useful custom metrics.  All activities will feature extensive demos, as well as Q &A.  If you have any questions on your current or planned Scrum adoption, then bring those along too!

By then end of the day, all team members should be comfortable using TFS to manage their Scrum process.  Whether you are a Product Owner / Scrum Master or team member you will understand how TFS makes your Scrum life better!

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
